From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 3, copy of which was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner on 09.05.2012 as well the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 4 and 5, copy of which was served on the learned counsel for the petitioner on 17.01.2013, learned counsel for the State submits that all the admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid.

In view of the fact that no rejoinder has been filed to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4841 of 2012 dt.04-07-2016 2/2 said counter affidavits as also nobody appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off.
