ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2017 in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.303 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 353, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(2), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody for long and there was no recovery from her conscious possession. It is submitted that she is an aged lady of 65 years and has been falsely implicated in this case.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.61019 of 2017 (3) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, District-Sitamarhi, in connection with Runni Saidpur P.S. Case No.303 of 2017.
