Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are parents of the husband of the victim of dowry death. Allegation is general and omnibus against all the inlaws including the petitioners of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Husband of the victim is already in custody. Petitioner No.1 is in custody since 23.12.2017 and petitioner No.2 is in custody since 18.02.2018 respectively. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.46501 of 2018 (2) dt.03-08-2018 2/2 Hence, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pratapganj Police Station Case No.140 of 2017, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
