Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though allegation against the petitioner is of firing, however, no injury was caused to anyone by the said firearm. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 09.12.2018. Investigation of the case is closed now. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gadhpura Police Station Case No. 136 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate
