The present writ application has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Government of Bihar, Patna to grant the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9432 of 2021 dt.22-11-2022 2/3 retiral/outstanding dues of the petitioner along with statutory interest with effect from the date of the compulsory retirement of the petitioner from the post of Khalasi, vide memo no. 765 dated 25.03.1998.

It is submitted that the petitioner was appointed as Khalasi in the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Government of Bihar, Patna, way back in the year 1963 and was posted in Bankipore Deport, Patna. He further submits that the petitioner was made to superannuate on 31.03.1998 compulsarily before the actual date of his superannuation. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Government of Bihar, Patna, stating therein that all the retiral/outstanding dues of the petitioner have stood paid much prior to the date of filing of the writ application. So far the interest over the delayed payment of GPF amount is concerned, the same has also been paid on 28.12.2021. He also submits that now no grievance remains with the petitioner at present, however, even if he has any grievance, he can move before the concerned respondent of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Govt. of Bihar, Patna. Having heard the partied and considering the statements made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.9432 of 2021 dt.22-11-2022 3/3 Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, this writ application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the concerned respondent authorities if any grievance still remains pending.

It is needless to say that if a representation is filed by the petitioner within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and dispose of by reasoned and speaking order within a further period of eight weeks.
