JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 13-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Thakaraha Police Station Case No. 22 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and other accused are said to have assaulted the informant and his other family members by means of lathi. The impugned order reveals that one injured sustained grievous head injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I do not feel it proper to extend
