The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. It is submitted that father-in-law has already been granted regular bail by a Bench of this Court. It is also submitted that informant has also given his statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that he wants to settle the issue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case since the petitioner is a lady and her husband has already been granted regular bail, let the petitioner, namely, Anjani Devi, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the

No.400/2011 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
