2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod and snatched cash of Rs. 25,000/- from his pocket.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Doctor has found the injury allegedly caused by this petitioner to be simple in nature. Case and counter case. Rest of the allegations are super addition.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17087 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and simple injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P. S. Case No. 163 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
