Mr Manoj Kumar, AC to GP IV ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-11-2019 Learned counsel for the State submitted that relief, as claimed in the writ petition for setting aside the order of dismissal dated 27.01.2015, has become infructuous in view of order passed by the Appellate Authority dated 24.07.2015. The Department, in the Service Appeal, has varied the order of punishment to that of censure, diminishing of the pay of the petitioner equivalent to five increments and that, other than subsistence allowance, the petitioner would not be entitled to any payment for the period of suspension.

When the matter was taken up on 25.09.2019 and 23.10.2019, none had appeared for the petitioner. Today again,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9333 of 2015(4) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 none appears for the petitioner.
