This application for regular bail arises out of Paroo P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 448, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 Explosive Substance Act.

It is alleged in the F.I.R. that on 15.10.2018, the accused persons had come nearby the newly constructed house of the informant, who were found spreading some wire around the informant's house. On raising alarm, they started fleeing away. However, one of them namely Manoj Kumar was apprehended by private person. He was allegedly carrying a bag, containing explosive substances and was handed over to the police. The informant also alleged that he identified the

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the person who was apprehended, has been allowed regular bail by this Court by order dated 01.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32311 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 25.11.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- III (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 383 of 2018.
