2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"against the order dated 30.05.2015 passed in Mutation Case No. 3262/5 of 2014-15 by the respondent no.5, the Circle Officer, Sadar, Patna whereby and whereunder the respondent no.5 has refused to mutate the name of the applicant and to get the rent assessed and to create Zamabandi in her name."

It has been informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner despite liberty granted by the Court, the heirs could not be contacted, liberty be granted to approach afresh before appropriate authority. He further submits that as the sole petitioner is no more, he may be allowed to withdraw the petition.
4. Accordingly, allowing the heirs to approach the Court afresh if they so want, the petition stands disposed of. (Rajiv Roy, J) vinayak/- U
