The petitioner's grievance is that combined competitive examination is clubbed together, for many years, by the Bihar Public Service Commission and this causes anxiety and harassment to the persons, who are eligible to appear in such examinations, but are unable to do so, because of the fact that the examinations do not take place in time.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17472 of 2014 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 Earlier also, almost a similar issue was raised by one Sanjay Kumar Verma by filing a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the writ petition having given rise to CWJC No.7122 of 2012.

In the writ petition, namely, CWJC No.7122 of 2012, Mr. Daya Shankar Prasad, learned Counsel, represented the petitioner Sanjay Kumar Verma and the present writ petition has been filed by Daya Shankar Prasad himself as petitioner. Be that as it may, by order, dated 10.01.2013, CWJC No.7122 of 2012 was disposed of by making certain observations. We do not find any reason to take a view different from what had been taken by this Court, while making the order, dated 10.01.2013, aforementioned and no further order is, therefore, called for.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this writ petition is hereby closed.
