The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order of direction to expunge the name of Late Amir Prasad Singh, who is grand father of the respondent no.4 from Khata No.9, Khesara No.991, Mouza-Sukumarpur, Thana No.341 as by mistake of the respondent authority in place of Nandan Rai S/o Babu Rai name of Amir Prasad Singh had been entered in the Khatiyan dated 30.7.2009, petitioner is grandson of Nandan Rai. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction on this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

Patna High Court CWJC No.8394 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2023 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with a copy of this order before the Collector, Vaishali (respondent no.2)/Additional Collector, Vaishali for the relief prayed for in the instant writ application. If such an application is filed, the concerned authority shall proceed in accordance with law to decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of its filing.

This application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
