Considering the nature of recovery of the India made foreign liquor which is to the tune of 3600 liters, we are not persuaded to order for provisional release of the vehicle. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to contest the confiscation case by raising all issues as raised herein for expeditious disposal of the confiscation proceeding.
