JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with regard to petitioner no.3 submitting that during pendency of this application he has already been apprehended.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioner no.3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a supplementary affidavit submitting that due to inadvertence in course of drafting this application the names and address of the petitioners have been wrongly typed. The correct names and

1. Petitioner no.1 Md. Sagir @ Sagir Shekh aged about 54 years Male son of Jabber Sheikh.

2. Petitioner no.2 Md. Islam aged about 50 years, Male son of Habib Sheikh.

3. Petitioner no.3 Md. Muslim Sheikh @ Muslim aged about 48 years son of Jalil Sheikh.

All resident of village Milki, P.S. Kamtaul, District Darbhanga.

Let the names of the petitioners and their address be corrected and read accordingly.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass order on the same day in accordance with law.
