JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2022 An application has been moved for restoration by the learned counsel Mr. Manohar Prasad Singh, who states that the Lawyer Mr. Tarun Kumar Sinha expired in April, 2021 and in his place the petitioner has submitted his Vakalatnama on 07.07.2021, but his name has not been show and he, therefore, did not appear on the said date in place of Mr. Tarun Kumar Sinha, nor he made any prayer to press the anticipatory bail application and the order dated 04.01.2022 deserves to be recalled.

I have considered the submission, while

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17241 of 2022(2) dt.20-04-2022 2/2 the name of Mr. Manohar Prasad Singh may have skip from the noticed in the order-sheet, the contention of the learned counsel has been recorded on 04.01.2022 and the bail application was dismissed as not pressed.

The counsel's contention that he had not joined the link cannot be accepted. The appearance of Mr. Manohar Prasad Singh shall be noted in the order-sheet dated 04.01.2022. However, no reasons for recalling the order is made out.

The application for restoration is dismissed.
