It is the petitioner's grievance that he has made an application No. PMC-BPAS-00265/2019/BP for grant of permission for construction of a building over a plot No. CS1602 MSP with ground holding No. 259, Khata No. 259, Mauza Pahari.

Considering the facts and circumstances as asserted in the writ application, we deem it fit and proper to dispose of the writ application with a direction that let a decision be taken by the respondent-Corporation, if not already taken, on the petitioner's aforesaid application within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
