ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Magadh University(M.U.) P.S. Case No.69 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the present case, there is case and counter case between the parties in which both the parties have sustained injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, submits that subsequent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33025 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 thereto, the parties have come to an amicable settlement and they do not wish to pursue the cases against each other as they are agnates and feel that the prosecution of each other would lead to further bitterness.

Considering the aforementioned submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, let all the three petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Magadh University(M.U.) P.S. Case No.69 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
