====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence registered under Section 380 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner who is the maid servant in the house of the informant, stolen Rs. 2,18,000/- from her bed room when she went to Ranchi. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.11.2019. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion. Charge sheet has been submitted in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15386 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. The case is triable by the Magistrate.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Patna, in connection with Kankarbagh P. S.Case No. 1100 of 2019.
