JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2017 Earlier prayer for anticipatory of the petitioner was allowed with direction to the petitioner to surrender within eight weeks and deposit a Bank Draft of Rs.29,000/-. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to illness petitioner could not appear within the time granted. However, just after two days he appeared but court below has refused to accept his bail bond.

In view of facts and circumstances, the time granted earlier for eight weeks is extended by three weeks from today. With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
