Case No.279 of 2010 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

On the last occasion, notice had been issued to the Opposite Party No.2 but he refused to receive the notice. Having considered the fact, anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by the Sessions Judge, Patna, in Anticipatory Bail Petition No. 5602 of 2010 vide order dated 29.10.2010 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.279 of 2010

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6171 of 2012 (6) dt.06-11-2015 2/2 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, is hereby cancelled.

The Court below is directed to take steps to ensure arrest of the Opposite Party No.2.

The application stands allowed.
