This application has been filed on behalf of the appellant for restoration of Miscellaneous Appeal No.261 of 2014 which stood dismissed on 11.05.2015 for non compliance of the order dated 20.04.2015.

For the reasons mentioned in this application, the same is allowed and Miscellaneous Appeal No.261 of 2014 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the order dated 20.04.2015 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No.261 of 2014 is complied with within two weeks from today.
