Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.124 of 2018, registered under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 234 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner assaulted the informant's son with knife causing injury on his forehead and arm.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR itself indicates that there is land dispute between both sides and the so called injuries on the informant's son are simple in nature and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Rajan Kumar is directed to be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45596 of 2018(2) dt.30-07-2018 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No.124 of 2018.
