Case No. 750 of 2008 registered under Sections 409, 419, 420, 422, 423, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 478 of the

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.896 of 2014 (2) dt.19-03-2015 2 / 2 Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, learned counsel for the State has submitted that the accused Abhimanyu Kumar @ Mukesh Kumar has already been arrested by the police on 4.9.2014 in Bhagalpur Kotwali P.S. Case No. 750 of 2008.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the State, since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, the application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the application is disposed of as infructuous.
