Petitioner seeks bail in Panch Rukhi P.S.Case No.285 of 2017 registered for the offences under Section 413, 414, 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.05.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.15661 of 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one Bolero vehicle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 8.12.2017 and from his garage the said vehicle was recovered.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.47480 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the prayer for bail of the petitioner has already been rejected by a coordinate Bench of this Court, I am not inclined to interfere with the order. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, once charge is framed against the petitioner and the trial is commenced, the learned court below shall released the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction. This application is disposed of.
