2. This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 25 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 413, 414 of I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the has been rejected twice vide orders dated 28.08.2024 and 01.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59526/2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 47080/2025 respectively.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2024 and is accused in 18 more cases and the trial is progressing.

5. Considering the fact that the trial is progressing and no fresh ground for review is made out, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
