ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2018 As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the village in the cause title page of the main bail petition.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2018 in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.84 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 304, 341, 323, 448, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the present petitioner is that he along with Shrawan Paswan and Shailesh Paswan as well as others had participated in the Marpit in which the informant's mother was

It is submitted that the dispute arose on account of a quarrel which had taken place on the point of fight between the children of the respective families and that the injuries sustained by both sides. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated Shrawan Paswan, whose name has also been taken by the informant and the allegations against him are same and similar inasmuch as they all are said to have attacked the mother of the informant, has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr.Misc. No.59009 of 2017, vide order dated 15.12.2017. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No.84 of 2017.
