ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-04-2016 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 12.03.2014 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Complaint Case No. 1614 of 2012/1954 of 2014. It has been submitted that this is a second complaint and for the same cause of action Goh P.S. Case No. 88 of 2013 was instituted in the District of Aurangabad.

In view of the nature of dispute between the parties an attempt was made to reconcile the differences but it could not be done.

Be that as it may, in the interest of the parties, the concerned Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad is directed to send the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37689 of 2014 dt.08-04-2016 records of the present case to the concerned S.D.J.M, Gaya so that the cases can be amalgamated.

With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed off.
