This is an application seeking quashing of the F.I.R. of Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 64/16 dated 10.03.2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 420, 120(B) and 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.
Mr. Atul Chandra, learned A.P.P. has pointed out that this case is of the year 2016 and, therefore, in all its
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24301 of 2016(2) dt.11-09-2020 2/2 probability, the investigation must have been completed. If the investigation is still pending, this Court directs that the same ought to be completed within a period of three months from today.
This order shall be implemented only if the investigation has remained pending.
In case the petitioners are aggrieved, they may take the recourse to the remedies to which they are entitled under the law.
