JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after five years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general and in fact the informant was suffering from acute stomach pain but while being taken to the doctor she died. Moreover, the informant has subsequently retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24232 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Goraul (Katahara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 178 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
