The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 462 of 2021 registered under Section 20 (b) (ii) (c), 23, 27(a) and 29 of the NDPS Act. The allegation in the FIR is of recovery/seizure of 151.160 of 'ganja' from the truck and the further allegation of the police is that two accused persons were apprehended inside the truck who tried to escape, petitioner being one of them. Taking into account the aforesaid facts as also the huge recovery of 'ganja', this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege for the present which is accordingly rejected.
