Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections147,148, 341, 323, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had caused fire arm injury at the hand of informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2017. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer on the ground that the petitioner has criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58076 of 2017 (2) dt.12-12-2017 on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Dulhin Bazar Police Station Case No. 178 of 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
