Prayer is for grant of bail in Sugauli P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 (G.R. No. 585/17) registered under sections 25(1-a)b, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Several accuseds were arrested. Some of them were found possessed with fire arm. So far the petitioner is concerned, it is submitted that only a knife was recovered along with a bottle of foreign liquor. It is stated that for possessing foreign liquor, a different case has been registered. Petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2017.

Let the petitioner abovenamed be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
