The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.305 of 2014 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the victim alleged that the petitioner with the help of others kidnapped his minor daughter, aged about 13 years, who had gone to attend the classes in Prabhat Tara school but she did not return.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim is a legally wedded wife of the petitioner and petitioner got two children from the wedlock. The informant has already filed petition for compromise, therefore, the petitioner may be enlarged on anticipatory bail but it appears that occurrence took

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15212 of 2020(2) dt.04-09-2020 2/2 place in the year 2014. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped minor daughter of the informant aged about 13 years from the way to attend classes in Prabhat Tara school. The petitioner filed this anticipatory bail only after six years of the occurrence.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
