BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT HELD AT HIGH COURT PATNA MA No.175 of 2024 Petitioner : Maharani Devi Respondent : Ashok Kumar & Another Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ashok Kumar Pandey Member(Legal Profession) : Priyanka Singh AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement:

Both parties have appeared and this matter has been compromised at Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand) over and above the amount already paid as full and final settlement. The same shall be paid to the claimants by the Insurance Company within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this award. Let the statutory amount, if any, be remitted back to the Insurance Company.
