JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by this Court vide order dated 4.10.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.49430 of 2018 and the allegation against petitioner No.1 is of assault by sword and petitioner No.2 is of assault by Axe to the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is co-accused, against whom there is allegation of assault by knife to the deceased, has been granted by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 4.2.2019 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 77256 of 2018 and petitioners are in custody since 4.3.2018 and 8.4.2018 respectively.

Heard learned APP also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17255 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of specific allegation against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant them bail.

However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

With the above observation, this application is dismissed.
