JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-01-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Heard Mr. P.K. Shahi, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Satyendra Prasad, learned APP for the State. The petitioner is on provisional bail by virtue of order dated 26.10.2021.

In today's hearing, learned Senior Counsel has read out paragraph '6' of the affidavit filed by the Block Development Officer, Suryagadh.

Learned Senior Counsel submits that according to this paragraph what was informed to this Court that the total amount of Rs.75,93,450/- stands adjusted is correct. Mr. Satyendra Prasad, learned APP for the State

In the aforesaid circumstance, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner above named vide order dated 26.10.2021 is hereby confirmed. Let the petitioner remain on the same bail bond.
