The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Minapur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the victim stated that his daughter Amisha was married to Pintu Kumar, son of the petitioner Raj Nandan Rai. His daughter gave birth two children. It is alleged that her husband and other in-laws killed his daughter by setting fire.

It is submitted that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. The informant did not ever make any complain of demand of dowry during the life time of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27315 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 13/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
