The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that on 08.02.2014 the son of the informant was invited for dinner at the house of the petitioners, where he was administered poison.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim died on 08.02.2014 whereas the complaint was filed on 22.12.2014 which came to be registered as Police case on 17.03.2015. The petitioner happens to be nephew of the informant and in the background of land dispute

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30158 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 the First Information Report has been registered. Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the statement made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara (Town) P.S. Case No. 105 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
