JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court on merit. This is a fresh application filed by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner stating that he is in custody for about one and half year.

On perusal of the report received from the learned trial Court, it appears that now charge has been framed in this case. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However considering the fact that he is in custody for more than a year, the learned trial Court is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60857 of 2017 (4) dt.28-02-2018 2/2 hold the trial on day-to-day basis and conclude the same as soon as possible.
