That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as constable vide advertisement no. 01/2004, 02/2004 and 03/2004 in which the petitioner has duly applied and completed all the process like physical and verification successfully and the petitioner is quite similarly situated candidate like Appellants of the L.P.A. no. 831/2009 Ajay Kumar and others Versus The State of Bihar & Others which was disposed off on 28.6.2011 by a division bench of this Hon'ble Court and also the case of the petitioner is fully covered by the said

Patna High Court CWJC No.15204 of 2014(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 decision of a division bench of this Hon'ble Court and further for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence, the same be disposed off. 3.
