JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Sarairanjan (Ghatho) P.S.Case No. 182 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 05 litres country made liquor is said to be recovered from the back side of the house of the petitioner along with two containers and the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2017 having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner namely, Govind Paswan is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ-II,
