This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 20.02.2015 passed by the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Biharsharif, Nalanda V passed in Cr. Revision No. 22 of 2014. The order which is under Challenge is of the year 2015 and it seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
