ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an out and out a frivolous allegation has been levelled against her as a result of which she is facing prosecution. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the allegation of her having illicit relationship with the husband of the informant is wholly misconceived and she has nothing to do with internal family drama.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.30276 of 2015 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 circumstances and the fact that the petitioner is nowhere concerned with the case, as it appears prima facie, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
