The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 494, 323, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are in laws of the informant and according to the prosecution case itself, the informant solemnized her marriage in a temple and when she went along with her husband in her in laws house, she was not allowed to enter into the house by her in laws and save and except this allegation, there is nothing to show
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24681 of 2016 (2) dt.13-06-2016 2/2 that they have misbehaved with the informant. Considering the nature of allegation made against the present petitioner, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) sunil/-kunal U T
