Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case in short is that the petitioners and their family members killed informant's daughter due to nonfulfilment of their dowry demand. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. They are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased respectively. The allegation is general and omnibus in nature and in fact the victim of short temperament and committed suicide because of hot talk with her husband, who is already in custody. Petitioners have their separate campus to reside, as such, they had no concern with the affairs of the victim and her husband. It is further submitted that husband of the deceased is in jail.

Considering the facts of the case, let the petitioners named above, in the event of surrender before the Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16069 of 2020(2) dt.15-07-2020 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Katihar in Balrampur Police Station Case No. 112/2019, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
