The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order or orders in the nature of for directing and commanding the respondents particularly the respondents No.2 and 3 to include all such graduate who did their graduation under the forestation in preparing the merit list for appointment on the post of Block Technical Manager and Assistant Block Technical Manager like the candidates who did their graduation in Agriculture/Horticulture/Agriculture Engineer/Veterinary/Fisheries/ Dairy Technology and on such inclusion of

Patna High Court CWJC No.15281 of 2014(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 graduate in forestation including the petitioner against the advertisement published in daily Hindi newspapers Hindustan Patna dated 01.08.2014 for appointment of Block Technical Manager and Assistant Block Technical Manager and on such inclusion, direct the respondents to issue corrigendum regarding inviting application from all such candidates who are graduate in forestation against the said advertisement dated 01.08.2014 and consider their cases for their appointment including the case of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
