ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.70 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, admittedly, recovery was made from the house of one Shatrudhan Rai and not from these petitioners, who belong to other village altogether.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the houses of these petitioners and they have been made

No.30418 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 accused merely on suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali, in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.70 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
