2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Section 420 of the IPC registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1378 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in a transaction involving a dispute, purely of civil nature. It is further stated that the petitioner no. 3 has purchased the land after making payment to the land owner.

4. A perusal of the order of learned Sessions

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37137 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 Judge it further indicates that from the certified copy of sale deed executed by Fagu Tanti in favour of accused Bindu Tanti relates to Khata No. 7 whereas the subject property relates to Khata No. 6 and the Kewala executed by petitioner no. 1 in favour of one Arjun Yadav relates to Khata No. 6. The source of acquisition by petitioner no. 1 however, is stated neither before the learned Court below nor before this Court.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and the gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U T
