Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR is against unknown.

Submission is that name of the petitioner had transpired on suspicion during investigation of the case and coaccused, namely, Prakash Sharma has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48587 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61530 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chhatauni Police Station Case No. 181 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
